I must admit I loled at that. But in all fairness, you never know what some people/companies have, and/or are chucking out. A few months back, for instance, I saw a server (pretty powerful machine at that), at a market, for 10 GBP (I didn't buy, coz the woman on the stall was a complete b!tch, but that's beside the point...). Furthermore, I saw on a carboot once the mobo for what looked like an AT (can't be certain), but at the time I was with my relatives (who don't want more bits of wire and cr@p around the house, no matter what it is. Grrr), so I couldn't even have a look :(

Moral of the story: the comment was probably tongue-in-cheek, but don't be so quick to dismiss the idea. And search (if possible/legal) landfill sites and the like as well, other things may become apparent (electronic dumping grounds/recycling centres are also a treasure trove).

Don't worry, Brynet-Inc and I are in gay love on Freenode. Anyway, someone claims to have found an old copy of the manual in the last entry in my table.

How do you know he doesn't have awesome man-boobies?

Got the EGA documentation so I'm taking it off the list. Still $2,000 waiting to be claimed.

If you read his first post, you would notice that he wants the "Update for the IBM Personal System/2 Hardware Technical Reference Guide"
