Monolithic? Does it use paging? You didn't include the most important information!

If you want to map 16 EB using 4kb pages in IA-64, these structures will require 33619968 GB 131328 MB.

I found no word on site saying something about x86 or paging or segmentation or anything else about critical stuff design.

Don't be so hard for him. He just begin writing his own OS. I can assure you that he is just choosing what to do next :). We will wait , we will see.

PS: Can you make some stand-alone version that don't need any grub? Because I for e.g. haven't got it (I also don't like it :P) but I would like to run your OS.
