does anybody know were I could get a cheap 1GB RAM notebook module (dual chanel DDR2 at 667Mhz)

For dual chanel memory, try a perfume shop.
For dual channel memory, try a computer shop near to you. Since we don't even know on which continent you live we can't give any usable advice.
