mysql error: too many connections

Last time, when I visit mega-tokyo, I get regurarly a mysql error: too many connections. Can you solve this, because it really is annoying having to press F5 three times to visit every page.

Oh this is so classic: how do you know a site is getting more popular?
- myseql error: too many connections
- too many open files
and other similar messages appear as error pages as log entries...
Yeah, it'd be nice if teh administration increase teh limits a bit.
