If he were, I'd've known him Nay, I need his name. All I know, is that he's worked on a famous games series, of which the first part appeared in 1995. That and that pic's all I got to go on.

That was my second freshman year in college so sad to say I was broke and out of the computer gaming loop around that time.

Command & Conquer.

Apparently his name is Eric Gooch? He's on the list of people who helped with Command & Conquer:

However, we have no proof that that picture is Eric Gooch, do we? Where did you find the pictures? (It helps to know the context of where you find something, if you aren't sure what it is)

We already figured that out, and even found a pic of him on Gamespot, the same one, but unedited (the posters in the background're blackened out)
