The Topic title is WTF though, which is an abbreviation of "What the fck?". What exactly this topic is about is a mystery, BTW usually means "By the Way" which is all the more confusing...

'round here, it stands for Belasting op Toegevoegde Waarde, meaning the tax they put on anything you buy, either being 6%, 13% or 21% (although nearly everything's got 21%)

Yes, it is, except that GST stands for Goods and Services Tax, at least in this case.
