"Peeps" are little yellow or pink chicks made out of marshmallow.

Well, I'm not American - but I imagine it is a brand name
It is the same sound as "Stay Puffed"
Episode 10 in Sweeden - bugger we haven't even gotten that far yet... no spoilers

You can get up to episode 19 on the net, but i haven't done that, as seeing every episode in a row kind of spoils the whole thing.
