How about trying Google for the word "centrino"? The first link is likely to be to Intel's Centrino page (although google index has "Redirect" as the page title, but ignore that).

Without more specific idea of what exactly you are trying to research it's a bit hard to give better suggestions.

Centrino's not a processor, it's rather a standard. Any laptop that has a Pentium M CPU, Intel i915/i855 motherboard chipset, and an integrated Intel PRO/Wireless WLAN card, is using Centrino technology. Using Centrino, laptop's battery can be used longer without reloading, the CPU will be faster, and the laptop will be slimmer and lighter.

and so much for the marketing speech. Intel tested the combo of these three and decided it would be better for them if they sold more of the other chips alongside the cpu. So, they cocked up this combo of them that would sell pretty well and called the entire combo "Centrino". That means that people were being indoctrinated "centrino is good" and thus all asked for it not even really knowing whether it was any better than the rest, it was just the only combo that had some form of testing together.

Resulting in a load of people with laptops with wlan that doesn't work in linux for example. Promotion is fun, but until the world turns perfect I'm not buying any promotional crap.

well, its about the architecture. The subject under which this assignment has been assigned is "basic computer architecture and design".
