the 3d gamemaker?

has anyone used that before? is it actually good? and i doubt it, but is there a trial or something?

It looks pretty cool, but I don't see any trials anywhere :-\
edit: Ok so I read a little more about it and as the question always falls back to, can I sell it? The license states that with the purchase of the software (35.00) you can make as many games as you want but not sell them ... but you can purchase a license (99.00) for a specific game you create which would then allow you to sell it.

i wasnt planning on distributing it, i just wanted to make sure i wouldnt spend 35 bucks on something and then it would suck and you wouldnt be able to do much. thats why i was hoping there was a trial.

i had experience with the former GameMaker (2D only). That 3D stuff looks too much "pick 3D objects out of a library" to my tastes ...
