free .cjb.net web site?

when i come here, sometimes an ad for a free .cjb.net site pops up. can you really make your own site for free from that ad? what does it include (amount of web space, bandwidth, etc.)

also, if it comes with a good amount of space and stuff, i may make a new agi site with it. what do you think it should be called? i tried using www.adventuregames.cjb.net but it is already taken >:(

whoops. i guess i read it wrong if i understand it right, it hides the address of your real site, and changes it to the one you specified right? damn.

is there a free service that doesnt have that stupid .tripod or .geocities thing? any service for free that will just let me have www.whatever.com or .net or .whatever. i just dont like having the .tripod in my url. i think i may make a new agi site. i have had my old one for quite a while. perhaps its time for a change.

You jus answered your own question
Just use the cjb thing to mask your tripod url.
Although I don't think cjb is ad-free, so http://dot.tk would be a better alternative.

.cjb.net and .tk are not website hosting. They are redirection services. When you go to them it sends you to the url of your site.

As for getting a real domain name like "mysite.com" or something like that. I don't think you are going to be able to find one for free.

I pay $10 a year for agigames.com. That doesn't include the hosting bill either.

There really is no free hosts out there joey...i looked about a year ago...but good luck finding!
