Stars?

What does it mean to have stars? (under the name they have, like 1 or 2, or 4 stars)
Is it related to number of posts, or is it by votes?

Stars are only for registered members. And the more you post the more stars you get. 5 is the most you can get.
Green stars are for moderators.
Blue stars are for global moderators.
Red stars are for administrators.
