open gl problem thingy

i got my friends the return to castle wolfenstein demo, and they installed it, but when they went into it, they got an open gl error. they both have ATI graphics cards i think. what can i do to get it to work. their computers are decent enough to play the game. one is a 400 mhz, the other is a 1gz.

To find out why it works for you and not for them:
Is there anything that you have on your computer that they don't?

Maybe graphics card doesn't support OpenGL? ::) Although they should... ::)
