Escalation to War

Sorry to bring this up again, in a new thread.. but this one really pissed me off and I think you all should know...

In the most blatant incidence of lying yet from the Bush Administration about the necessity of war against Iraq, today Paul Wolfowitz, Bush's Assistant Secretary of Defense, accused Saddam Hussein of threatening to kill scientists who talk to the United Nations weapons inspectors, along with their families.

When asked about what proof the Bush Administration had to make such an accusation, he said the American people should believe the statement -- are you ready for this? "out of faith".

THE BUSH ADMINISTRATION HAS NO PROOF AND IS LYING THROUGH ITS TEETH!!!

He insists the Americans should "go it alone" despite the objections of the rest of the world to continue the inspections. While Saddam Hussein is a lying sack of s#!t himself, what the U.S. is doing to him now is completely unprovoked.

Proof? We don't need no stinkin proof!

It's an unfortunate fact that mr. Bush is bloodthirsty butcher with oil shine in his eyes and it seems that before next election people just have to accept it.

**** happens.

What do other americans think about this though? I know the actions and opinions of the leader don't reflect the many.

Well...i think he is doing it to lower property and state taxes...and i believe that most people would want to pay $4.00 less for something than let their children be secure in the schools.

I thought it was hilarious how Rumsfeld reacted to the French-German meetings and the result, that they will try to prevent a war (Germany is going to vote "No" in the security council of the UN). Even the opposition here criticised the way he called this opinion "problematic" and that France and Germany were parts of the "old Europe", and it is not often that oppositon and coalition agree in Germany... ::)
