Holy @#$%!!! I just finished that game tonight! It's...
fantastic! I was truly emotioinal throughout the whole thing ;D >:( ??? :'( as well as laughing out loud about 1/4 of the time. Truly amazing seeing it only had "look", "use", "pickup", "use item", and direction. It has a pretty nifty character conversation system, too. Gawd! I love it, and it only cost $15 USD at the LucasArts store. However, I think they only ship to North America.

I remember running around a lot to find the solution to some puzzles but other than that I thought it had fairly logical puzzles/solutions.

Grim Fandango was written in GrimE, with, Nick showed me, a Lua script implementation. So, AGI is easier than SCI??? Monkeys ate my bananas.

Eh... I was just confused as to why Smartguy mentioned AGI and SCI, and wanted to let him know the name of the interpreter for GF. I never meant to be catty or rude or anything.
And, you know, a bunch of monkeys ate my bananas, too.

The thing that really baffles me is that there don't seem to be any OTHER games made with the GRIMe Engine. Is this true? Does anyone know of any other games made with the same engine?

escape from monkey island. Notice the 3d-like nature of the game.
