alexfru.narod.ru is a site with some great documents related to OS development and other interesting things. It has some English documents and some Russian ones. It is a great site, with one HUGE drawback: it's incredibly slow. Just try downloading a 1M file, you'll be there for half an hour at least! So I decided to mirror the site. Although he has another mirror set up (which actually has a lot of differences and is not a true mirror) - alexfru.chat.ru - the only way to get to the documents is through the slow site. So I am downloading every file that he has there, and then I will get a free webhost and upload to it. I will include everything, even the Russian docs, though I don't speak Russian. All the source code, articles he wrote, links, etc. - all on my mirror. So far I have noticed a few of the documents aren't downloading, and apparently he deleted them or something. But everything I can, I download. I will restructure directories and links, but the content will all be his (except my own disclaimer page).
Who thinks this is a good idea?

I sent you an e-mail with the address as he obviously wants to avoid that it's getting spammed - why else should he set up the small riddle..

OK, it's up... sorta. alexfru.sky.prohosting.com is up. But it will take a while before everything is uploaded, so if you visit and can't access everything, don't complain, just wait and try again later.
