Could you please search in your webpages saved in disk for an old backup of a programmersheaven.com page where you managed to save a file called
rub_developernews.gif that looks like this (made with HelveticaRounded-Black.ttf)?:
Out of all title images, that's the only one I don't have.

Do you own the copyright to that image, or have the permission of the copyright owner to use it?

It's not known why archive.org excluded this website from archiving, and there are no other mirrors other than:

Only that image is missing, not to mention the many many articles that disappeared completely from the Internet. Nobody ever thought to crawl the website with WinHTTrack or WGET in time, and if nobody has that image or a mirror laying in their disk, it's gone.
