Hi there I am a beginner in the programming world done little bit of VB, C++ but nothing major. All I would like is for as much information as possible on how to create vst plug in's for music software.

There are programs to do this, I don't know if that's what you want but one of them is SynthEdit. http://www.synthedit.com/
