Hi!, I'm just creating a website of my Operating System. The main informations are in English, but forum is in Polish:), also you can see a screenshots (menu "media")
The lastet version supports 800x600x32 bits with bmp supports( you can change a wallpaper! - just put file wallpaper.bmp in the /Sparkle/user/DirectFX/DirectFX-graphics directory)

Sparkle is written in C and a bit in Assembly language

form the screenshots it looks pretty nice so far
