vb dot net problem

the following code is not working, it is supposed to show
data in the datagrid of a vb dot net application. the code
is error free and the connection to the access 2000
database is also working. but when executed it shows
empty datagrid, (there is atleast 3 entries in my table).
MDAC 2.7 is installed on my pc which is running on
server 2000. the database and the only table
it has , have same name 'db', i gues it is not the problem
, is it ?
any comments, tips, code examples ?
