Hi, I've just strating upgrading my old kernel, and I put the older version on my website: www.sparkle-os.prv.pl
Main Site is in english. Please test it, if you could.
This is 1.44 floppy image avilable in 'Get Sparkle' section. Some programs, and visual-interface are borrowed from TabOS

There is some BUG in kernel:
In some computers (tested on Athlon 2400) PIT did't work :-[ (new version works correctly, but i didn't published it yet)

Hi! I went to your site (very nice title picture) and I tried to download the HDD version and I also tried to view the readme for it. The readme came up in black writing on a black background. The HDD download went to some XT host site and that didn't work.

But I could download the FD version. I will test later and let you know.

Oh, sorry about IDE version(it will be avilable soon - file was 'disappeared' from the server :-[ )
The readme file works fine, in my FireFox web browser, but it is in polish ;D, Floppy version is the choice for you.

I downloaded the FDD a few times, tried to boot it in VMWare 4.5.2 and nothing happens. The BIOS loads and then the screen is cleared and the cursor sits on the top-left hand corner of the screen. It's been like this for a few minutes now.

Argh... On my computers it works well in bochs and on real.
Meabe I create image incorrectly? You try mount the floppy image?
Can you send me _YOUR_ version of image: [email protected], I know that it is from website, but i want check you version of file.

ok..fired it up in VMWare 5 and hung after printing:

Virtural Machine Specs:
Floppy Drive mounted to Sparkle.img
Memory: 96 mb.

Host Machine:
AMD Athlon 64 3000+ @ 2200 mhz
Windows XP x64

It's propably coused by to fast procesor (this version has a bug in PIT driver - fixed in new version, but it isn't released yet)

I'm unable to download the new image because RapidShare says that I've already downloaded files from them. I have a few transparent proxies (evil, I think) in the way and their FAQ says I have to pay to get a premium account which doesn't track according to IP but according to cookies. So, yeah. Can you put the file somewhere else? Maybe on your original website?

I can't put file on my website, because site administrator is 'not avilable' for a few weeks:D
