Hi,

I'm a software engineer, I had a Masters admission from a German university but due to lack of funding I can't take up my masters study, so I switched to trying to get a job outside, but most of my applications were faced with something similar to this "we are only considering local applications", so I have to ask here is anyone interested in hiring me as a software engineer or coder, my qualifications are:

• Software engineering Degree:
  Java
  C/C++
  C#
  MatLap
  PHP,JSP,HTML
  Scheme,Lisp.
  Assembly (very good, create my own os with pure asm)

Plus I'm very good at computer graphics:

I work with:
Autodesk Maya, Mudbox,Z-brush, After Effect,Photoshp.

I wouldn't brag too much about writing an OS in assembly. If anything, it might make potential employers suspicious about your ability to judge what tools you should use.
