So there should be some internal specs for AMD and Intel (i think Intel GMA and HD) too.
Does they have some special APIs or only addresses?
Where can I find address references for them?

Unfortunately, the most famous graphics card manufacturers do NOT release their specifications.

While Nvidia, who ranks third, doesn't release complete programming documentation, most of them do. For instance, AMD and Intel which rank first and second, respectively, do. And there are many others.
