Well, after doing my first release just over a year ago, it's time for a second one :)

Acess2 0.07
Features:
- UDP Networking, and very alpha TCP support
- FAT12/16/32 read-only support, ext2 read support
- FDD/ATA drivers

This release has mostly been bugfixes over the last one, but should work on more hardware than last time (crosses fingers)
