I suppose it's RC1. Though I don't really want to call it that. Whatever.
Heres the link to a zip containing a floppy and hard drive image. It boots from the floppy, and uses the HD image as a root device with all the data. http://code.google.com/p/microsea/downl ... p&can=2&q=
So, this is a simple test request again. It works for me in Qemu, but since I don't have any real hardware to test it on, I'd appreciate if someone could try it on real hardware, or other emulators.
Theres not many new features since the last announcement (theres a mancala game and a tic tac toe game, both without instructions). A system monitor, and a couple of other small things. This is mostly a stability test.
To login, use either god (superuser), bob, joe or tommy. To shutdown, run "shutdown". If you need to spawn another shell, run "spawn -a /dev/ttyX -c /bin/login". There are 4 terminals (1-4) already started in a normal boot.
Edit: A good stress tester: the "explode" command. It tries to start 100 processes that run a small script as fast as it can. Named because it made the kernel explode alot...Also, to find more commands, look in /bin with ls. Theres also a small automatic diagnostics system: The command "diag".
So, yeah, test it out, cause that'd be cool. Thanks.
