ECMA also offer free hard copies
Around a month ago I sent in a request for a hard copy of ECMA-335: Common Language Infrastructure (CLI) Partitions I to IV and I'd forgotten all about it. Yesterday I received a notice a parcel came (not knowing what it was) and today I picked it up and still didn't have a clue what this bulky parcel from France could contain until I opened it. They were nice enough to also email an accompanying CD which contains a (complete?) archive of ECMA Standards and Technical Reports, including "ISO/IEC standards which are not freely available," excluding those which are withdrawn.

So if they can send you free hard copies, how can someone else get the same?

Did you try Googling?
Seriously though, here's how I've found it (it's hidden away if you're not looking for it specifically):
http://www.ecma-international.org > Standards > How to obtain Ecma publications

Re: ECMA also offer free hard copies
Thank you! I've just placed a request for ECMA-262: ECMAScript Language Specification, 3rd edition (Plus the CD).
Paper copies are always nice.
How do they come bound? Perhaps you could post a picture?

Re: ECMA also offer free hard copies
I was going to post a picture of mine, but the forum's maximum attachment size is ridiculously low and uploading to somewhere like ImageShack from a phone would have been incredibly painful.
And the CLR manual is a hell of a lot thicker than the ECMAScript reference!

Yeah, ordered it last thursday and it arrived today. That's fast.
