so, i'm new here.
i've got some experience in C++ and i wanna make my own OS.
where can i write code? is notepad++ good?
that's all I need to know

How can you have exeprience in C++ if you don't knowe where you can write code? Yes you can use notepad++, whether it's good or not is a matter of preference.

...and probably you are not up to the task of writing an OS.

We have some forum rules. I suggest you read them.

Our Main Page is always available to help, as is Google. I suggest you read the page on Getting Started, particularly the part on required knowledge.

I've locked this topic. Please do your research before posting, and we hope you can become a valued member of our community with a little work.
