Well, I tried to find a tutorial or stuff about how can i implement an GUI for an OS. I did'nt find something about it. Can you help me. May be someone have papers, books, or information abou it.

But first please read the forum rules. Search the wiki (there's a big prominent link to it on the upper right portion of your screen), and search the forums. Google is your friend, also.
There are many tutorials on the osdev wiki, and many more topics in the forums that should be more than enough to help you out. The wiki links to plenty of other resources as well. This is a pretty standard response for "how do I start an OS", and I realize you ask about a GUI, but the point still stands. There's plenty GUI basics out there to get you started.
Please go read those and get familiar with the basics, and when you have some more specific questions then feel free to ask (after searching the forums and the wiki first, of course).
EDIT: It's been pointed out to me that there is a wiki page listing OSDev tutorials in other languages. It may very well help you out:
