os is near finish

with fat tui and a programmng library, my "starting" os is near finish. i should have it to you guys some time soon, you may like it, you may not. i just hope it makes a good impresssion

Operating Systems are never, ever near finish. Have you ported it to existing architectures yet? Is it self-hosting? What can you actually do that it useful with it?

He does call it a "starting" OS, so perhaps it has some set goals aside from "one OS to rule them all," and he's close to accomplishing those goals. Not everyone intends to port their OS to alternative architectures either. Let's just sit back and wait to see what the OP has to show us.

I came here hoping to see if it really is possible for that end point to be seen...to get some of that much needed encouragement thats sometimes eludes us.

yes... minor, but with aurora which may be next week ,expect alot more. i have already released 1.8, check it out

you started, your fine. it just take a little more time to get everything understood. mine is just simple char printing.
