Hey all,
just finished the Halflife 2: Episode Two, apart from the HL1, HL2 and HL2: Episode 1. I really liked the storyline, but it really needs Episode 3! I can't wait!

With my mediocre English I could translate everything to Slovak for my brain, but I don't know what G-man said to Alyx in her unconsciousness state. I know that she warned Eli about "unforeseen consequences" (hence the name from HL1), and I think it has something to do with Episode Two's ending.

I would like in EP3 a something called the "final boss" or something. Something like the "boss Combine advisor" or that. And, more soldiers, more guns and mainly, more episodes and tasks to complete, please! If you compare: the original HL2 had 14 episodes, EP1 had only 6 and EP2 had 7 of them...
I wouldn't mind to have some new guns put in, like the electricity gun thing from HL1, that pierced several zombies in a one shot

...geez, I sound like an addict , but I really like the whole HL trilogy.

Any Half life fans out there?

Nobody playing HL? That's sad!

i've played it a bit, but never owned a HL game, and as such never really got into it. I have mates who really love it though

It was a great original game and series!

I never go into HL, I took the CS:S route. =)

Isn't 6+7 == 13? (unless I'm useless at maths )

I'm an Unreal guy. I tried HL but didn't found it entertaining

I love the HL series (still waiting for the orange box to go down in price ).

I did buy Portal when it came out though, simply because the gameplay looked so novel and I wanted to try it out. Awesome game.

CS and TF (and TF2) annoy me, I'm not too great at them as opposed to HL2DM.

Although, I'm personally more interested in a good flight sim over other game types, but that's just me.

I really like HL2 as well, but haven't played any of the Episodes - I want all 3 to come out before I play them! My only problem is my extremely slow Athlon XP 1800 machine, with a semi-broken monitor.

I got a new HDD a while ago and didn't bother re-installing HL2. I'm looking at a new PC any time now and want to wait until I have a computer that can do HL2 justice. At the moment, I'm into Wolfenstein ET and X2: The Threat.

They're great games and I want to play HL3. But I hate it when you finish the last game/film in a series and there is no more

I've played HL1 and HL2 on PC, and then the Orange Box for Xbox 360 was released and it included HL2, HL2 Episode 1, HL2 Episode 2, Portal, and Team Fortress 2 so I bought that

You are correct, but the EP1 and EP2 weren't a part of the original HL2.

I tried to play CS:S and I stayed with CS 1.6, because you would die more quickly in CS:S than the 1.6 version. Also because the Source version has completely different weapon parameters... My good ol' shotgun (at least the automatic one) has gone bad in Teh CS:S.

Episode Three should be released somewhere in 2009 or maybe sooner. If you compare that the EP2 was released in October 2007 and EP1 in june 2006... that's a one year plus 4 months difference.

I can't play HL for a long period of time. If I force myself I'll get sick. I don't know why.

I'm a big fan of some half-life mods. The original story is ok. But some mods are outstanding in quality. Perhaps I buy HL2 just to try some hl2 mods.

I have HL, HL2 and HL2:Ep 1, but I haven't bought Episode 2 yet... I'll probably get the Orange Box sooner or later...
