Thats is just truly stupid and sad I mean why would you want to do that knowing that you will cause people to have migranes and fits, and can't some fits be fatal?

fatal is very rare, but it doesn't really make any difference.

These people that could make direct injury to a person (epileptic seizure in this case) are just a bunch of bored 12 year old retarded shitheads. The seizure can be fatal without other's person assistance, the affected could asphyxiate or such.

well, I seriously wonder what the penalty would be if you get convicted of several hundred cases of abuse. If someone tried that here, I expect them to get locked down for 10 years and "TBS" (you get dumped into a psychic institute and you are for several more years if not the rest of your life under state supervision)
