Ok, so I was at http://www.osdev.org/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=15808 and was trying to look at the icons....

so I do this:
I click on the download link
I select(in firefox) open with: explorer
then, it opens the zip file, and I goto icons/computer/
then, I click about 5 or 7 times on computer.png and I get an explorer.exe crash

can anyone else try this and tell me if it is reproducable with theirs?

No crash on Windows Vista Home Premium

What version are you using?

What software are you trying to open the PNG with? It might be the culprit instead of Windows.

It sounds like you're opening the archive directly without extracting it. Try saving it to disk, extractingn it, and then opening the file. Windows might like that a bit better.

I'm not experiencing a crash either.

It looks like your running out of memory.
