I found this:

Its a networking card that provides higher speed connections and allows you too download torrents without slowing down your computer.
I does this by running Linux on a small 400MHz processor that has a torrent, a firewall and various networking apps on it.
Is there anyway it could be possible to keep it powered up when the PCs off so i can torrents on it while the PCs is off?

That project is kinda old... But funny
The card uses Linux internally, but doesn't have a driver for Linux...
(Technical specifications aren't available either IIRC.)
EDIT: Apologies, A beta Linux driver does exist on their site.. kinda hidden..

It would be cheaper building your own BSD router.. using btpd for legal torrents.
