RAM slots electrical diagram

were could I find an electrical diagram of a 240 pin ddr2 slot (and ddr3 would be nice too though i presume there the same except for the notch).

The JEDEC group is responsible for the standardization of DDR RAM IIRC..
This should be the appropriate document.. if it's not detailed enough, you could try searching for a manufacture that releases datasheets.
