Seriously, enough with the polls already.. it's getting very annoying.

Use your own judgement.. ask your friends... or ask here without a poll!

First, you will make stupid polls. Then you ask dumb noob questions that were like 5000 times answered over and over again. And now you starting to make your fucking polls again! You're retarded or what?!...

Okay, I will cool down...

I'm gonna be VERY blunt and kick in some (open) doors. My apologies.

You (close to) promised not to make any more polls.

"I wanna make an os - here's an picture" is the first listed beginner mistake and this question is VERY close to that.

You seem to have no experience with computer architectures, binary maths, learning from mistakes, debugging, or google.

You forgot your password, and another password, and the answer to a personal question.

All your thead titles on the first page in OS Development are in conflict with How to ask questions

My guess is that you didn't understand POSTING RULES - REQUIRED READING - FAQ (if you even read it)

and if I look at http://www.osdev.org/wiki/Getting_Start ... _Knowledge I think you didn't get that either.

Apart from getting people to have a very bad image of you, I really think that you are at the wrong place here. I really suggest that you find a place to practice the basics before you tackle things as advanced as operating design. Especially, practice on solving your own problems. I hope that in one year you will be far more capable at doing OS development than you are now. By that time I'll be happy to see and help you again.

Ok I admit my first step when it comes to problem solving is to come here.
You (close to) promised not to make any more polls.
Sorry about that.

You forgot your password, and another password, and the answer to a personal question.
I forget my name sometimes give me a break.(Seriously I do)

My guess is that you didn't understand POSTING RULES - REQUIRED READING - FAQ (if you even read it)
I'll go ahead and read it.

I figured people did, not much I can do about that now but try to give people a better image. I'll try harder to solve my problems then. Oh and I'll be sure of my need for a post for now on.

PS.Chill Inflater.

Edit: I wish the moderator would just delete the polls

PS.Chill Inflater.
Why should he chill. I also said that your polls were annoying so i think inflater is 100% right in saying what he is saying.
Edit: I wish the moderator would just delete the polls
And i wish you will delete your account(s) and go somewhere else. :x

On topic: KAOS is or has been "Kent Applicative Operating System", and a series of patches to AtariTOS.

CAOS has been the original DOS core for the Amiga (early 80ies), which couldn't be finished in time and was replaced by (third-party) Tripos.

How I found out? I googled.

Off topic: inflater and os64dev are right on the mark when they flame you.
Every good solution is obvious once you've found it.

Whether or not flaming is appropriate, please, couldn't we keep it out of this forum?
The real problem with goto is not with the control transfer, but with environments. Properly tail-recursive closures get both right.

I didn't know those, but I know another one: CHAOS. http://sourceforge.net/projects/chaos

It must be a good name since so many are using variations on it.

Does that do what it's name suggests?
