The sound is a bit "suspicious" and weird enough, but the first 18 minutes are really a relaxation for your brain, I almost sleeped. And the next 20 minutes you can play repeatedly your own pre-recorded voice "I'm brave" or some sort, until you will sleep. ...

Anyone have the guts to try it?

Yeah I tried it for a couple of minutes. Only like 1 of the presets had any immediate effect on me at all and quite a few of them were just annoying. I only listened to each one for like a minute or two so that might have been the problem.
