That time of year again...

It's getting close to that time of year again..! You know what I mean: (top three only apply to southern hemisphere students )
- end of year exams
- assignments pile up
- 2-3 month break......
- ......and Christmas! :D:D:D
Let's see what I have in terms of assignments and exams:
Level Design:
Finish my level design document (I promised myself I wouldn't go to bed until it's done) - all I have to do now is to write about the emotional elements of each section.
Finish implementing my level in UnrealEd (for UT2k4).
Due next Monday.
Storyboarding:
Convert my storyboard into an animatic (I modelled my entire storyboard in 3DS Max since it would be simpler to do the fancy 3d camera rotations - now I have to render stills of the scenes and rotations), put them togeather with Adobe Premier and record my character voices, and put the sound effects together and sync the background music.
Due next Thursday.
3D Mathematics:
Implement standard and loose octrees into my 3D game framework. Then create a basic scene.
Due next Thursday.
Study for my 3D mathematics exam (3d vectors, matrix translations, physics, etc). Exam on Thursday the week after next.
Programming:
Implement DirectSound into my 3D game framework along with a few other things. (I've done most of the other stuff already like loading meshes.) Then create a basic scene for this too.
Due Wednesday the week after next.
So sadly, I won't get to work on my OS for nearly 2 1/2 weeks. Since I'll basically have a week with just my programming assignment and studying for my exam, I'll probably have some spare time to squash it in.
College life is fun
I'll be flying south home to Adelaide (in about 4 weeks), so I'll skip all that northern Australian heat and humidity by the time summer hits!
