Motherboards design

Post by suthers »

I was wondering is it possible to place two north/south bridges on a motherboard given the right bus adaptations, etc... and has it been done before. Is there anywhere where i can get electrical diagrams and design notes on a fairly recent north/south bridge?

I think you can get the Intel chipset specs off their website.

yes you can -- all specs for all intel products are downloadable from the intel developer site:
http://developer.intel.com

directly to the chipset page
