File Info Display

Do you think that this is a good way of displaying information about a file?

FileName.txt

Location: /directory/FileName.txt
Type: Text
Size: 8KB
Permissions: Root: RW, User: RW, Others: R
Owner: User
Created: 9/4/07
Last Modified: 9/5/07

Any thoughts? Format, Info, anything...

At my OS i want to show the user, if a file is currently used. And which processes are using it.
And some gereral information like version, comments or a preview would be interresting.
