Êóïèëè íîâûé êîìïüþòåð íàêîíåö-òî, à ìîäåì ñòàðûé îñòàëñÿ 28.8
Õî÷ó íåò ñ íîðìàëüíîé ñêîðîñòüþ è ÷òîá òåëåôîí íå çàíèìàòü.

Ïîñîâåòóéòå õîðîøåãî ïðîâàéäåðà.

He says that he has bought a new PC (or something) and his 28,8 kbps modem wont work. He needs maybe a driver for his modem or "provajder" - a provider?? (I can very partially understand Russian)
