Work Experience

Well, last week I did my work experience at Surf Control 
and I was on the help desk. I was answering some calls, and going around and fixing/installing stuff on these laptops and computers.
Anyways, I sat back down, and was really busy with network problems. And we had loads of calls about internet issues etc, so all the phones went on loudspeaker when we got a call. Anyway, after about 10mins of sitting down sorting the network with some guys. I had this call, it went on loudspeaker and I asked what the problem was. She *yes sheXD* said that he internet wasnt working (only because we had taken it down quickly and she didnt get the message) and so I replied: "Yeah, it's ok were sorting it out, it will be on in a couple of minutes". So she said that was fine etc. Then she rang back saying it wasnt working. And I told her "We have fixed it, so it should be working", and she said "Well.. Its not working here, maybe you could put the internet on a disc, see if that will help." (It was on loudspeaker)
Now by that time, the phone our side had been muted, I fell off my chair and no-one stopped laughing for ages.
And thats the highlight of my work experience
