I haven't got my confirmation email yet, either. Sent them a good email with all the requested info, etc. Oh well. If they get here, they get here. I still have the PDFs. However, they don't look quite as pretty on a bookshelf as a CD.

I emailed, got a human reply saying shell email me when they come in stock. about a month later i got her email and a week after that i had all 5 volumes

If everything goes as expected, they'll arrive tomorrow, I just hope it's after noon, otherwise I won't be home to recieve them.

So what's this obsession with having paper manuals? Got a bookcase that's too empty? Man, all the time waisted when leafing through paper while a simple search in a PDF produces instant results...

Obviously I have, and I know the merits. But for tech manuals I prefer a digital copy.

I prefer hard copy
unless I'm lucky enough to be on a dual monitor PC, in which case it's the digital version all the way

well for me it took 4 days, but it's fast enough. I do look forward to reading them, but damn it's a lot of pages.
