When I say something practical I don't mean to create my own exokernel operating system...
I mean to build and boot an exokernel like XOK and test it (just like the benchmarks that PDOS made with some Web Servers).
To be honest I could use some help on building and booting XOK or any other exokernel operating system...
Which exokernel should I install just for testing???

Or just anything you can find?
Like I said, you are doing research here. I don't have any exokernels except my own OS which is far from finished (link in sig, research, hint
). There are a lot of questions we can not answer, and a lot of questions you should not be asking, like this one. (It is schoolwork after all)
I located a source distribution for Xok - By the looks of it, it shouldn't be too hard to get going if you are used to software development and linux.
