What often helps me is stepping away from the computer for a day or two and doing something I like: guitar video games, running, reading a book. The time away let's me think about a particular problem and not stress myself out. Often, when I'm back at the terminal, I'm motivated to proceed with the task at hand.

I like to tell myself it's all medical and that I just don't have the hours in the day anymore and am not able to focus in the few hours I have most days, but some of that is me not aggressively enough pushing for fixes and some of it is just needing willpower and to crack the whip and push past it all.
