There is already something "new" (at least in the minds of the masses). Linux is free, reliable and secure -- and it isn't taking over the world. The market is nowhere near as simple as you believe. The vast majority of people don't know what an OS is, what it does, or that Windows != computing. Microsoft is very, very deeply entrenched in businesses. If it was all as simple as you say, Linux would have stormed the mainstream PC market ages ago. Apple is making inroads but it's all a very slow process.
So sorry, and again, I don't wish to be harsh, but you don't know the market. You don't know the tech, you're very quixotic in your belief that we're on the cusp of a big change, and you've thrown some comical salary figures around. If you read up and learn about the industry, everyone will be happy to help! But you're looking at a decade-long project here, even if you could convince developers to work for you, given the state of the market.

You will not find anyone if you will keep posting like you do. If you are professional act like one. If you are trying to hire someone post:
- requirements
- where job will be done (if you require that programmer will be everyday in company building in Alaska, nobody from California will be interested)
- what can you offer to your future employee
And most important make it readable.

Very well worded thank you.
As for you knowing the market, do you really think that we as a community are so disorganized that if there wasn't whole in the market that we could make millions of, we wouldn't have filled it yet and that you with your incredible skills can just hand pick 4 of us, give us a project and be making millions in a few years?

Your claims of feasibility seem to be in opposition to the fact that KDE, GNU\ Chorde, Gnome and other projects needed many years and developers to do stuff not even close to your goals.
And once again, what you are wanting is not an operating system. It is an GUI with support for voice recognition and AI and you would have NO benefits in creating a new operating system/cloning an old one, due to the fact that the stuff you are talking about is hardly dependent on the choice of the underlaying operating system and may and should be done portable.
Once again: what would it matter to a voice recognition software whether it runs on an OS using sysenter syscalls or call gate syscalls (and that is system programming)?
You do not want to write a new operating system in exactly the same way as you don't want to build a new computer architecture for the task (independent IO and memory spaces? 2-way set assiociative cache or 4-way set assiocative cache? what's the difference when all you want is placing all the desktop shortcuts in one place?)

I cannot believe that any company would seriously propose this...
This seems to be another case of high level executives coming up with concepts which are stupid and unfeasible, but believing that they know better force it on their programmers....
Software these days is often made with profit to much in mind and not developing a quality product...

Thats what, like, 4 thoughts in one 'sentence'? Spell correctly, and use proper grammar. Don't tell people to go to hell.
You wont get any help acting the way you do. And please, stop the 'hip'/'cool'/'jive'/whatever lingo. It makes you look like a 70's drug addict in withdrawal.

let me be as simple as poss even if it took a decade whats wrong with that who wouldn't want to be paid 25 mill for ten years the only way i would pay that much is if your worth it believe this has already been ten years in the making. let me explain something to you you know pop eye CARTOON the black and white ones well there's one where there is a sub marine shooting atorepedo at pop eye now a torepedo we didn't even have submarines back them or did we see this is my point just cause you cant see it doesn't mean its not there. my company is not worried about losing money that's just paper & ink. and we already have numbers crunched what you thought that we didn't do are home work like i said shopping around, who ever can do it at the best price is a no no that's when you end up with bad product. we are will to shell out big for intell. our company is envolve'd many markets so to say i don't know the market is wrong. as for the salary that's motivation an i didn't say it first other guy did with his billion and a half he made me laugh. i know alot of dev think that they gonna make big lik bill g an the rest of them but that time has passed there are new rules in play CONTROL hope you understand what i mean (people have been killed for tech you think they wont do it again and agian. its hard thing to comprehend but most new age tech is blood money

in a couple of years, your gonna get paid monthly until project is finished meaning working os as for the HOLE in the market i can tell you that you don't know to much about banks and who controls them only if you knew, they are almost there with banks they are almost in control over the whole monertry system there is no ression its your friends like bill g and the rest or the trillionaire elite that want control you its all hard to sync in. look lunix is free but what happens when it becomes obselete like tvs you have to buy what they want you to buy through mental brainwash i shouldn't be telling you this but i don't have any thing to worry about its the masses that need to worry. i can pay to have this made and still not lose anything, lets just say we have the money to burn. and we can let every one have it for free just like linux. the point is just a new os woulnt you love to make biil and the rest of them just mad for all there years of bs os and software even linux remember nothing is free in life not even linux.

hey that dude was cool until he told me to get lost ill make him lose his life dont go thinking that your dealing with some street punk cause he s go the wrong idea and what do you deem me like what scared to say something techies and geeks love to put them self on a high chair which i think is funny you know how to dev an os but they cant get a girl a date and so on it just sadden's me because your were born human not a machine most of you be worried about tech more than anything most of you are like robots, example they teach tech in school you learn it you store and so on. why you think bill g drop out of school because he knew he wasn't a robot. as for drug addict every body has an addiction mines is awareness to bs and to each its own.

Being programmer is about writing legibly. Programmers _*hate*_ something which can't be read. If you want something from us make it readable.
as for enter key this is a forum i m not getting paid to write so as long as you can read it, you act like this is English class seriously no disrespect.
If you doesn't like the idea of your post being read don't post messages here and stop wasting our time. You don't have time but you wasted 1000 times more our time then it cost to press enter. It is not about writing without any mistake ( I have probably made a dozen of them ), it is making your post easy to read.
Conclusion:
Make you post readable or stop wasting our time.

hope you understand what i mean
I can assure you that no one understands you. Normally I would have sympathy for people who's second language is English. But you, my grammatically-deficient friend, do not deserve it.
I will take another liberty, and suggest that no one here will assist you further. If you really believe in what you are saying then please, go to rent a coder, get them to write code for you. Build the most foomatically awesome operating system in the world, then come back here and shove it in our faces. We await your return... Or something to that effect.
But we all know that you're a teenager who wanted to learn something far out of your league,
got shot down, and is now trying to compensate for it with excess bravado.
I felt sorry for you at first, and I hoped you may be willing to momentarily discard your outlandish ambitions for something a little more realistic. But from what I've seen of your behaviour, I doubt that you have the character to go out and improve yourself.
