a logo.
unfortunately that requires a name.
I need "buttons" or things to represent things like img links to the homepage and things (picture of a home for instance).
think KDE style icons. =) I don't know how easy that is btw.

Even if we only read it, we still get all the articles for it.
We also could add:
OS reviews: *nix distros, Hobby OS's, etc.
General Rambling about computer related stuff.

right now I've got a KDE-feel to the site, alot of blurred colors to give a smooth feel.
alot of light-ish blue.
as for the format, stick to GIFs(for transparencies) and interlaced png's for actual images not icons.
i have to go for a few hours, I'll check back then.

Another option for the e-zine name is:
"Building the Core"
or
"Core programming"
I think "Core" is almost synonym with "Low-level"

sry, you should have spoke up the other day before I posted the poll for it. have you voted?
anyways, I like the second one as well.
here is the basic layout, the white area is where 'news' will go, things regarding new team members, upcoming articles, etc... and on the right, I would like to put a poll about what you think should be in a future 'printing'.
