• Talking about OSDev while having food.
• Having food while talking about OSDev.

Based on preferences, the order of these items may be reversed

I can only speak for myself, and I don't drink any alcohol, and also no beer with or without alcohol. But of course one can add this to the general conference agenda, for those who wish to drink something

Sounds good. But shouldn't be talking about random other stuff be included in the agenda as well?

We can add "offtopic" to the agenda "Refreshments" also sounds fine.
