Maybe VB5 isn't the greatest.. But NO OS provides what the long time Computer Guy would want.. Not even close..
Code reviews should be included with a Feature review..
Apps that don't do anything would rate high in your process..
A feature rich app like mine would rate poorly on just the code.. Dumb double dumb.
