Well, if you are in fact 9 years old, then your posts here are in violation of the Terms of Service for this site (which has a minimum age of 13 for posting to the message boards for reasons of legal liability). Legally, you violated a binding contract, because the first thing in the TOS is a checkbox asserting that you are at least 13.

In such a situation, the moderators are not only allowed to suspend your account, they are legally obligated to do so, lest they violate the TOS themselves. This would invalidate the TOS entirely, which would more or less destroy the site.
