Thx everyone,
it works!!!
i've attached a screenshot of it running in bochs.
The little coloured square in the lower right corner is the mouse.
Explaination:
first the blue square is drawn (i haven't added the topbar and corners yet and the square represent windows).
then the green square is drawn and it partially overlaps the blue square.
then a bring_to_front function saves the content and data from the blue square and removes it from the stack,
then it puts it at the end of the stack and copy's the saved data back to the square.
