Cross compiler error

A while ago when I was trying to build a cross compiler in Cygwin I ran across all sorts of weird problems: the configure script ran just fine and then it would fail during building and all kinds of other insanity. Make sure that Cygwin is in binary mode, its one of the first choices when you run the Cygwin setup program.

Thanks, but didn't help, it's the default anyway and I didn't change it....
But I managed to build it on my desktop, my laptop is a bit messed up, so that's probably it....
I trying to test it right now.... (Having problems with the scripts...)
